Seeing Each Other™: Portrait Lab for Tea

A creative team experience that builds recognition, trust, and human connection.

$1000- $2500
Location 1

Service Description

In many organizations people work side by side but rarely take time to truly see and recognize one another. A lack of genuine appreciation can weaken trust, reduce engagement, and create communication barriers within teams. Seeing Each Other™ Portrait Lab is a facilitated team experience designed to strengthen a culture of recognition and trust. The workshop is based on the Blind Drawing technique — participants create a portrait of a colleague without looking at the paper. This practice removes perfectionism and hierarchy, encouraging observation, presence, and respectful interaction. Participants work in pairs: • drawing portraits of each other • sharing words of appreciation and recognition. Each round lasts about 5–10 minutes before participants rotate partners. During the session employees interact with several teammates, strengthening empathy and reducing communication barriers across teams. By the end of the workshop each participant receives several portraits created by colleagues along with meaningful recognition messages. The session concludes with a Team Gallery — a collective display of portraits representing the diversity and connection within the team. Outcomes • stronger psychological safety and trust • increased peer recognition • improved communication • higher engagement • stronger team cohesion Format 60 minutes — team session 120 minutes — extended experience On-site or online Group size: 10–30 participants Facilitated by Mila Solo, artist and creative facilitator. No artistic experience required. Price: $1000- $2500 for session, depending on group of people.
