Creative Resilience Landscape Lab
An art-based session that builds adaptability, resilience, and innovative thinking.

Service Description
In today’s fast-changing environment employees constantly face uncertainty and complexity. These conditions often create stress, rigid thinking, and resistance to change — all of which limit innovation and performance. Creative Resilience Landscape Lab is a facilitated art-based workshop that helps teams develop flexibility and creative problem-solving in unpredictable situations. Using acrylic paint and a guided transfer technique, participants create abstract landscapes where outcomes cannot be fully controlled. The process intentionally introduces unpredictability, simulating real business conditions where plans shift and results evolve. Instead of trying to control the outcome, participants learn to observe, adapt, and respond creatively to unexpected changes. During the session participants practice how to: • embrace uncertainty as part of the process • reframe “mistakes” into opportunities • respond creatively to unexpected outcomes • develop flexible thinking under pressure The experience demonstrates how uncertainty can become a driver of innovation rather than a barrier. Each participant leaves with a completed abstract artwork. Companies often display the works in office spaces or innovation areas as a visual reminder of adaptability and creativity. Outcomes • stronger adaptability in changing environments • increased creative problem-solving • improved resilience under pressure • more open and flexible thinking • stronger team collaboration Duration: 2 hours Format: On-site workshop (office or creative venue) Group size: 10–25 participants All materials provided (canvas, paints, protective setup). Facilitated by Mila Solo, artist and creative facilitator working at the intersection of art, innovation, and team development. No artistic experience required. Price $1000-$2500 for session.
